While it's true that the other reviews say this mat is kinda flimsy, I've found it not only is efficient in its purpose of keeping food off of my carpet, but also that my kids love to play with it. If you want to spend extra money to have a more sturdy mat, by all means go ahead. But for the money this is reusable over and over and hasn't failed whatsoever. I have twin 8 month olds and a 2 year old so it gets some use!

This is exactly what it says it is. It keeps the carpet clean and is super cute to look at....We keep it under the high chair and it stays put no problem! We just wipe off (what the dog didn't get)each time after our son eats.

I love this product. Not only does it have a lovable character on it, its bright and colorful too. My husband thanks me for this all the time. I only wish it was a little bit larger, but overall it works great. Very durable & cleans well. If your having spaghetti for dinner, protect your carpet with this product.

This mat is way too thin and flimsey to use as a high chair mat. Don't waste your time and money!
